Also, we would like to announce a new line: we have signed on Orient Display. They specialize in producing TN, STN-LCD panels and LCD modules, both custom and standard products available. Now that Ewing Components, Inc. has been established we are off and running and things have been going very well with the transition we have a 100% on time delivery rating and our QC department is fully functional. I am proud to announce the formation of Ewing Components, Inc. a spin-off of Ewing Electronics, Inc. At Ewing Electronics, Inc we have had two distinct division servicing two distinct markets for the past 6 years, and we feel this will give us better focus and allow us to service our markets and customers better. With this spin-off come many questions that I would like to answer for you.

• Why? Currently we have two distinct divisions: one manages equipment that supplies directly to the government and the other manages sales of board-level components to the Technology industry. Running the divisions as separate entities allows each to have a primary focus and growth plan. Our goal is to provide the best customer service to you with a directed focus from us.

• When? January 1st 2010.

• Where? The new division, Ewing Components Inc., will be located at 200 Indiana Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76301. We have a 2500 square foot facility with office space and warehouse, all climate controlled. Your products will receive the same care they always have and quality control systems will all remain in place.

• Who? Ewing Components, Inc. will be under my direction. I have 20+ years of experience in the industry and am currently co-owner of Ewing Electronics. I have also been running the components division for the last 15 years. We will maintain our current website/domain and product lines.

With the market primed and ready to expand and grow the timing for this spin-off couldn’t be better. Our new facility will be set up and ready for full operations by January 4th 2010. Many of our experienced staff will remain with us so the down time will be minimal. I assure you that there will not be any downtime in shipping so your parts will arrive on time.
